C.C. Creations, the largest printing and embroidery company in the state of Texas, is hiring a SALES MANAGER to join an ambitious and growing team. A Sales Manager develops team members to reach their full potential while also driving accountability standards to achieve desired sales revenue results. Employees at C.C. Creations must be highly motivated, provide exceptional customer service, and act as an essential component of the positive and respectful work environment.
What will you do as a Sales Manager?
- Manage and evaluate 5-10 sales representative across multiple territories
- Forecast sales for your team based on sales strategy and growth expectations
- Manage and evaluate data to identify trends and tactics
- Optimize utilization of Salesforce to maximize efficiency and revenue
- Ensure C.C. Creations’ sales strategy is practiced and optimized by each team member
- Participate in management decision-making processes regarding sales procedures and issues
- Oversee bid and special pricing as necessary
- Coach and inspire direct team members and peers
- Collaborate with other departments to support sales growth and needs
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- 3+ years’ experience in sales or related field
- Management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Experience using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
- Willingness to work outside of normal business hours
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear directions to team members
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Motivation to be a team player with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment
